Willie Willis

It is with most sincere sympathy that we formally announce the passing of, Mr. Willie Willis.  Mr. Willis passed on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at the Mitchell County Convalescent Center in Camilla, Ga.

The late Mr. Willie Willis was born in Cairo, Georgia on November 21, 1954 to the late Euriste Willis Sr. and Ms. Dorothy Smiley.  Mr. Willis received his early education from Cairo High School and later went into the Job Corp for three years.

After getting out of the Job Corp, Mr. Willis begin his working career with Joseph Campbell, in Cairo, where he worked for fifteen years.  After leaving Joseph Campbell, he worked for Graco for two years until his health begin to fail him.

He leave to cherish his memories, his brother: Euriste Willis, Jr., of Cairo, Georgia.  Five sisters:  Dorothy Jean Myles, Edna (Dan) Willis, Mary Willis, Glenda Corker, and Clair (Tony) Boles all of Cairo, Georgia.  His aunts: Francis Nelson, of Rochester New York, and Bernice Bryant of Miami, Florida and a host of numerous loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
