Mr. Clifford "Sunny" Corker was born on May 18, 1925 to Randall and Flossie Corker and departed this life on July 30,2013. He was educated in the Grady County School System. He joined the military, later relocating to New Jersey. He was married to Dorothy Corker until her death. Sunny returned to Grady County and was a faithful member of Mt. Calvary M.B. Church.

Survivors include a loving, long-time companion for nearly thirty years, Lillie Powell Tise, daughters Calista Harris, Orlando Florida; Wanda Gilbert, San Diego, California; Sons Royce Michaels, Cairo, Georgia; Harold Wooten, Bryans Maryland. One brother Eugene (Esssie) Corker, Chicago, Illinois; Sisters: Gwen Corker, Sarah C. Hussein, Jamaica, New York; Catherine Corker, Cairo, Georgia; Jules C. Barbera, Elmont, New York; Ginger Corker, Brooklyn, New York. A special niece Rhonda Kinley, Somerset, New Jersey. ?Also known as " Pa Pa" to a host of grandchildren, nieces and nephews and countless other family members and friends.

SERVICE SCHEDULE: Service for Mr. Clifford "Sunny" Corker Catherine will be conducted Tuesday August 6,2013, at 2:00 p.m. at Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church 310 4th Avenue S.W.,Cairo. Rev. Alexander Mack, pastor officiating. Interment will follow in Crestview Cemetery.
