Services for Debbie Denise Perry a.k.a "Pam", of Cairo will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 22, 2012 at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Whigham. Rev. Alvin Byrden, Sr. and Rev. Phillip Corker will officiate services with interment to follow at Crestview Cemetery in Cairo. Pallbearers will be Matthew Peterson, Peter L. Garland, Herman T. Garland, Robert Peterson, Jeff Smith and Dawaun Perry. Ms. Perry was born on May 1, 1965 in Cairo the Rev. Willie and Mrs. Sernella Perry. She was a member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church. Ms. Perry was a graduate of Cairo High School Class of 1983 and the University of Phoenix where she earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration Degree. She was a lifelong resident of Cairo and she departed this life on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at Archbold Memorial Hospital in Thomasville. Survivors to cherish her memory include her son Bryant Mitchell of Whigham; daughter Michelle Grimsley (Nate) of Whigham; father and mother Rev. W.L. and Sernella Perry of Cairo; brothers Tommy Perry of Cairo and Danny Perry of Augusta; sister Vanessa Perry of Cairo; uncles and aunts Cleveland Corker (Mary) of Miami, Elder T.J. Corker (Barbara), Carrie Corker and Roosevelt Kelly all of Cairo, Tommie Mills (Dorothy) of Whigham, Shirley Garland and Melvin Johnson (Christine) both of Cairo, Emannuel Hill (Annie Ruth) and Robert McFadden both of Sanford, FL and Rebecca Smart of Tampa, FL; friend Robert L. Peterson of Cairo; four grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends
