Delores Costella Mills, daughter of the late Ruby Cloud Copeland and Anderson Copeland, Sr. was born June 9, 1930 in Cairo, GA. She graduated from Washington Consolidated High School and went on to further her education at Albany St. College.

Delores was joined in Holy Matrimony to the late Willie Mills; Jr. Delores joined Mt. Calvary Baptist Church at an early age and remained a faithful member throughout the duration of her life. Throughout the years of service she was a Missionary, a choir member, an usher and an active member of the Eastern Star.

Delores leaves to mourn her cherished memory a son, Garlfar T. Andrews, Sr. (Sandra) of Lawrenceville, Ga., a daughter, Delores Dezelle Blake (Robert) of Thomasville, Ga., seven grandsons; Dr. Garlfar T. Andrews, Jr., Akpan Manning (Fleshia), Abio Manning (Kristy), Darius Andrews, Odai Manning (Brittani), Joshua Blake and Lissandro Andrews. Three granddaughters; Jennifer Martinez, Ayahna Dezelle Booker (John) and Ameera Ruby Andrews. Twelve great-grands, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Celebration of Life Service

The funeral service of Delores Costella Mills will be conducted Saturday, June 21, 2014, at 1:00 p.m., at Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church,310 4th Avenue S.W , Cairo, Georgia. Reverend Alexander Mack Pastor. Interment will follow in Crestview Cemetery.
