Demetrius La'thone Johnson unexpectedly went home October 23, 2014 at Grady General Hospital Cairo, Georgia. Born June 24, 1972 to the late Patricia A. Johnson, Wally as he was called by those that knew and loved him graduated with the class of 1991 of Cairo High School. He worked numerous employments, the city of Cairo, Southwestern State Hospital and Caterpillar. Both in Thomas, Ga. He enjoyed spending time with family, friends, and loved ones. Wally answered God's call to climb Jacobs Ladder leaving behind the pains, and sorrows and disappointments of this world. He quickly moved from time to eternity there to claim his everlasting rest. Service of Memory Celebrating the Life of Demetrius La'thone Johnson will be conducted Saturday, November 1, 2014 at 3:00 P.M. at Solid Rock Missionary Baptist Church 1410 Bluff Ave. N.W. Cairo, Georgia, Reverend Curnell Henry, pastor, Reverend Thomas Garland, officiating. Interment at Crestview Cemetery Hwy 84 Cairo, Georgia.
