Mrs. Grace smith passed February 23, 2013 at the Heritage Healthcare of Ashburn, Ga. formerly of Cairo, Ga. Funeral Service will be Wednesday February 27,2013 at Mount Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Cairo. Rev. Alexander Mack, Pastor, Dr. Daniel Simmons officiating services with interment to follow at Crestview Cemetery in Cairo. She wed Mr. Robert V. Smith and their union would continue on until the time of his passing. Survivors to cherish her memory include her sons Charles Smith (Betty) and Joseph Smith both of Cairo, Jimmy Smith Sr. (Linda) of Thomasville; daughters Juretha McMillan of Ashburn and Aisha Muhammad of New York, NY; brother-in-law Joe Thomas of Cairo; son-in-law Malika Abdul-Kareem of New York, NY; daughter-in-law, Jeannette Smith of Tallahassee, Fla.; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert V. Smith; 3 sons Robert L. Smith, Roy Chester Smith and Edward Smith. The family will receive friends at the Chapel of Cloud Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 from 6:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.
