Katherine Jackson was born on January 31, 1933 to the late Johnnie Mae and Rt. Johnson in Iron City, Georgia. She attended Early County School in Blakely, Georgia.

            On December 13, 2016 Katherine Jackson was called home to rest at peace, ending 83 years on earth, where she will join her mother, father, two daughters, two sons, and sisters. Precious memories will always be in the heart of her loved ones. She is survived by two daughters, Linda Jackson of Cairo, GA., Annetta (Irving)  Clemons of Apopka, FL.; five sons, Johnnie Bullard, Haywood Henry, David Jackson of Cairo, GA., Willie (Barbara) Jackson of Apopka, FL., and Tommy J. Bullard of Blakely, GA.; three sisters, Odessa Blackmon of Dothan, Alabama, Claire of Miami, FL., and Jessie M. Jackson of Quincy, FL.; two brothers, IT Johnson of West Virginia, and James Johnson of Bainbridge, GA; Granddaughters, Stephanie (Mario) Shine of Cairo, GA., Diondra Wright of Bainbridge, GA., Alexis Edwards of Cairo, GA.; three grandsons, Ladarius Edwards of  Fairbanks, Alaska, Davon Harvey of Apopka, FL, Sammy James of Cairo, GA., and a host of great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
