Ms. Mary B. Harris, 91, of Bainbridge, passed away May 22, 2014 at Bainbridge Memorial Hospital and Manor after a brief illness.

Services will be held May 31, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Lily Hill Missionary Baptist Church, Climax, with Rev. Peter Rogers officiating. Her nephews will serve as pallbearers. Ms. Harris was born in Whigham, Ga. on Aug. 28, 1922 to Will and Carrie Walden Borden.

She was a member of Lily Hill M.B. Church and attended Grady County Public Schools.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Walter A. Harris. Survivors include Lillie Mae Borden, a sister-in-law of Whigham and a host of other relatives and friends.
