Victor Leon McNeal was born January 5, 1957 in Cleveland, Ohio. He was the younger of two boys born to the later Robert and the late Leona (Lee) McNeal. He was called home to his Heavenly Father on February 28, 2015 at the age of 58.

Victor relocated to Beachton, Georgia after passing of his mother, where he was raised by his grandmother, the late Leona T. Adams and his aunt the late Koleda Adams. He was a graduate of Cairo High School in 1974. He later moved to Atlanta, Georgia was employed as a long-haul truck driver for over thirty years.

Victor retired from the trucking industry due to health reasons. He joined the Holy Trinity Baptist Church of Cleveland, Ohio where he served actively. He was very inspirational to other residents at the Broadway Care Assisted Living Center.

Survivors include a brother, Clarence Phillip McNeal; two nephews, Cameron and Carey McNeal, one great nephew, Caleb McNeal; one great niece, Caitlyn McNeal; all of Omaha, Nebraska; two aunts, Clarice Hobbs, of Thomasville, Georgia, Kay Adams of Cleveland, Ohio; cousins that grew up like sisters and brothers, Rev. David Adams (Michelle) of Valdosta, Georgia, Johnny Robinson (Joyce) Of Hinesville, Georgia, Janice Scott and Katherine Adams of Thomasville, Georgia. Three special cousins, Martha (Ernest) Williams of Cairo, Ga., Rev. Michael Adams (Bernice) of Alpharetta, GA. and Evangelist Deborah Adams of Cleveland, Ohio, and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral services for Victor Leon McNeal will be held Monday, March 9, 2015 11:00 a.m. at Cloud Funeral Home Chapel 335 First Avenue, N.E. Cairo, Georgia. Reverend Dr. Bobby Powell, presiding. Reverend David Adams, officiating. Interment at Evergreen Cemetery Beachton, Ga.
